Description

Saw this image in a 3DS group somewhere and wondered how easy it would be to do it in Daz with just primitives. As with most things I take on, it took a lot longer than I thought. However, I learned a lot about texturing, and re-worked it several times to make it more efficient. Don't know if you can see the pesky artifacts of the trans map at the roof line. I tried many things to get rid of them, but GIMP defeated me on this. Rendo free corrugated roof was the only thing not built from D|S standard primitives. Pendragon's shader for the lighting. After this digression I'm getting back to modeling that face in Blender.... plus the 50's living room, oh and that Doris Day hairstyle... So much to learn, so little time. Thanks for looking

Wonderful modeling and with DAZ primatives - thats kinda scary too. G'luck with the others. None of my textures yet are fit for views by anyone else and even myself so I would say you are doing well.
