Description
Episodes one and two of Doctor Who Animeted run concurretly together under the working titles "Mondas" and "Equality". Here you see President McMillion of the United Mondas Central Order with a Generic Cyberman. McMillion has been a strong proponant of civil liberties for the Cybermen of Mondas, and is on the verge of pushing it through. Is he a man with vision or a misguided man with good intentions? Only the Cybermen have the answer, and the Doctor is determined to find them.
