They are impressive animals, aren't they. First time I saw one in the flesh, I was amazed by their size. They don't look that big on TV and the massive muscles in the neck and shoulders are incredible! This is a great shot! The angle and the facial expression are really great.

I agree, not a dog, but with those spots it reminds me of a wild cat. However, he's what he is, and that is it. :c)

Excellent capture Trisha, not a beast that I am fond of to say the least but thats a personal issue and nothing to do with the picture. I must say your animal series as been quite exceptional so far. The zoo you go to seems to be well stocked with a wide range of animals. Superb work. Bravo!!!!!
