Description

With a week of over 100 degree temps, it's easy to see that other creatures besides humans are open mouthed and 'panting' in this heat wave. These were taken on the two afternoons of 106 degree temps. Shown clockwise are mother and juvenile mockingbird, chickadee, juvenile robin, juvenile mockingbird, adult robin, collared dove, and juvenile cardinal. It's been a busy week, sorry I haven't been around. Will try to catch up a bit later. Thanks very much for your views and comments.
