moorhens have the best coloring for a non-descript bird. The orange beak is just so well paired with the soft yellow-green of the legs and feet. This is an excellent shot.

Excellent capture Christo, I wonder if you were in a hide? They are a very skitish bird here in the UK, but I found one quite tame when Alan and I went to the South Lakes Wildlife Park. A strange bird really the only water bird without webbed feet. Superb work. Bravo!!!!!

Jeff yes i were in the bird Hide.I will take a picture from the other side of the bird sanctuary to show the bird hide.
