Welcome to Dreamer's Wish Studios. I am Beth Carroll. Many of you know me as "Newpy". Years ago, a friend of mine suggested I visit Renderosity and I have been here ever since. I became interested in the many forms of art shown here and have come to know many fine artists. I have been blessed with many friendships. Some of them, I am sad to say are no longer with us for one reason or another. They and their artwork are greatly missed.
I work mainly with Fractals and Photography, but I also work with Poser. I have dabbled also with Terragen, Vue, and some mixed media.
I hope as you browse my gallery that you will be inspired to try some of these forms of art. I am always learning and I would love to hear your opinion. I would also like to thank my friends here at Renderosity for your friendships and encouragement. I have watched many of you grow in your artwork and I have been inspired. I am grateful for the many artists willing to give their input. I look forward to many more years here looking at marvelous works.

oh yes it does come across moody and it's a great piece of work. I've been this way for a few days myself...

Superb work Beth! Indeed it would be sad not to have God, friends, and family to love you. I am blessed to have them, and wish the same for all!

NICE.............

The darker colors and mood is spot on, as well as the pose. The body language says exactly that. Of course the position of the legs is either typical female or specific to the reproductive en related regions, signifying people intimately close involved.

My freind, this is just stunning artwork. It is indeed moody and dark . . . very well done I'd say. Excellent presentation!

Well done, the object and ground planes are very very well put together, and one of the most difficult realisms to achieve! Fingers through the hair, again you did a great job getting the two meshes to appear as though a magnet held them together--elbow to hand placement is equally perfect! The hair is just a bit off at the top and around the background, that for me was the only thing that took me back to an object piece rather than flyaway hair. I have never done this work and admire tremendously those that do. I recently downloaded the free True Space and perhaps I will play with it, I have the DAZ, and Poser 9, I just dunno what it is..I think I procrastinate what perplexes me the most. Excellent work Beth!

This is exactly how I have been feeling the last week or so. You've captured the mood so precisely that it's brought tears to my eyes yet again. The posing is so perfect you must have spent forever on it! Even the way the hair flows over her thumb tucked under her hair like that is so right. The background is awesome, enough to say something about the mood, but not so much as to take away from the main character. The lighting is wonderful as well.
