Description

I have been so tempted to upload a real "crappy" capture. In fact I have 3 which may qualify, they were done from way down low on the bush floor. This is elephant dung from up closer than you may ever see. This 'shroom was heaving upward, so I assume there was still enough nourishment left for it to grow. A wonderful way nature has to recycle.

Brace yourself, here is a new series in the making, LOL.

Thank you for kind comments, critique and visits to my previous upload:

...eine wundervolle Aufnahme von dem Pilz auf "fruchtbaren Boden" !!!!! Dein Schriftzug auf dem "Hügel" ist eine tolle Idee und Ausführung!!!!! ... a wonderful admission of the mushroom on " fertile ground "!!!!! Your stroke on the "hill" is a great idea and execution!!!!! (I hope the translation is o.k. !!?)

Back home, when the pastures and prairie are filled with cow dung and the spring rains and warm sun hit the patties, little white shrooms pop up everywhere. The young people pick them and drink the tea made from them to have "visions." It is powerful stuff. That's just cow dung. I can't imagine what elephant dung could do! :-) Odd shot but odder still, one with great interest.
