I took this with a "Praktica DCZ 5.8". I'm new to photography and this is my first photo that I've uploaded.. all comments are welcome...

Well you've done very well using the converging lines to lead the eye into the scene, also the low POV makes for interesting vision. Well done, welcome to new addiction!

I played with your picture, hope ya don't mind LOL and cropped it up to the railings and not sure about you but it seems to draw you in more that way but then it also takes away some of the surrounding grasses... but great first try can't wait to see more :)
