Such an interesting shot! The girl's expression makes me wonder about her thoughts.

I think they got the props mixed up on the statue surely a bow and arrow more appropriate here. Like the way you composed this one. Excuse the pun!

excellent photograph!

Spot on choice for the category. You have some strong components in the composition and it's definitely more serious than humor. Well some people say humor is darned serious.

I like the geometrics on the building that frames the athlete, the railing seems to be the sheet music for the harp, very interesting! Superb as always Nikolay!

yeah, being a musician I thought of Brahms too. But what you got here is a very complex play of shapes & forms, even as you tell a humorous story...With this guy's muscle, I wonder if he's able to coax any subtler sounds than a "br-a-a-ammmms" out of that lyre. But boy, what a symphony of forms you captured around him! The curves of the wall and window on top (if that is a window), harmonized by that oval shape behind the right-most tree, etc...the piece just breaks into all these shapes as we move away from the statue. And the tree, the woman's head, the building in the background (left side)—all these things make a kind of abstract collection of forms. It's like a modern painting, a little Mondrian, a little kandinsky, a little Picasso...A fascinating confluence of forms, in which this athlete plays away almost like an anachronism. You did it again, don't know how you 'see' these things, but you manage to pull all kinds of things together in one shot; so that even beyond your humor, you got a real modernist abstract, to my eyes at least! What can I do, it's how I react to your work! Another fav for sure.
