Description

This fractal abstract was easy to find a title for after tweaking the flame. One of my favorite Summer desserts...vacationed in Key West a few years ago and my first taste of authentic Key Lime pie had me hooked. In a few of the larger grocery stores, here in the States, you can find a product called "Nellie & Joe's Key Lime Juice"...usually found where the lemon juice products are...the receipe for making your own authentic Key Lime pie is right on the label. I've had variations of it in restaurants over the years, but none can compare to the real thing. Enjoy and thanks for viewing and commenting. I've never had this pie, Keith so I can't compare the image with it. But I see the lime and the cream and egg white thing (maybe?) going on, so I'm guessing its a bit like our lemon meringue pie. Whichever, it works very well and is a peaceful and tranquil image to gaze at after the horrors that I have recently been engaged in! Excellent!

Excellent title for an excellent flame Keith...I agree with Heathcroft.. it is very easy to see the lime, cream, and eggs going on there with a small splash of Garnish to the side... superb presentation and well done!!!
