This is Vue? And not a photograph? Really nice use of effects, but understated. The lens flare, the fog. . . these are often way overdone, here you use them just right. I really like the fog obscuring trees toward the background; very subtle, very convincing. The red/yellow palette is maybe a little bright/oversaturated for an image of this subtlety? Just a suggestion-- take this down to black and white in photoshop, then add back the color layer with "soft light" -- will give you a sort of "sepia tone" look, which would be appropriate for this image.
