Hello ! Just playing with some of my photos. Thank you for your kind comments to my tomato bloom yesterday. And thanks for having a look :) Have a great weekend. We had lovely rain tonight an now sun is shining, but not quite as hot as yesterday. YAY !

there is so much going on in this Helle: It has the feel of a Klee, also of an etching, or something painted on wood or even fabric. Your flattening-of-the-forms allows us to see it as Design: The lush 3D of a flower-scene is now a beautiful abstract, where the petals almost seem like bark and the insects are mythic designs. The stamens burst; and the little spider (bottom-right) is like a splatter now, a paint 'afterthought' that you put on because you knew the painting needed it there. Wonderful transformation, and the granulation makes it feel like a highly complex piece of wood or stone, bristling with life.
