Been doing this over a year now and I'm still not quite sure how to define it. Is it art or not? Can we be said to be really creating our images, given that we're using computer programs and models made by others? And, for that matter, what is its official title? Personally I call my work "using Daz Studio because of a total inability to draw or paint." It doesn't exactly trip off the tongue. I suppose it doesn't matter in the end. As PG Wodehouse said, it makes me happy and keeps me out of public houses.
My main influences are Manet, Edward Hopper, Caravaggio and Pieter Bruegel. The first two gave me an interest in realism, the third created an addiction to light and shade, and the last nurtured my overall misanthropy.

Why Is This Here?
All my renders are there, including the ones I hate. There's also a rag-bag of assorted writings and photos.
I've also recently started a blog about this whole business:

Thanks to everyone who's submitted Free Stuff to this site - especially some of the wonderful Vicky textures. Sorry to anyone who I don't credit. It's down to the disorganisation of my hard drive rather than an evil heart.

Well I for one enjoyed the series my friend, you did a good job in tackling some subjects that many choose to hide from. This one for instance points out what is all too common a reality in our society where those with money get off. Sad part is I've found that true in several countries I've visited for anytime at all.

Wonderful scene! I agree with magnus073, sad but true statement here. Great job on the image and series.
