I like art of any kind and have tried just about every form of it. I sang, I did drama, drawing, painting, sculpture, miniatures, you name it. My biggest piece was a huge Victorian doll house kit that my husband and I put together. I made most of the furniture, food and the people that went inside it, specializing in old people. I had so much fun that I made old men and women angels as Christmas ornaments. Lately, I have started painting in oils again after not touching them for about twenty years or so. I am having a great time.
I love camping and as for this photo of me, if it can be printed in here, it was taken on the Oregon coast a year ago.Â
I am a Christian and I make no excuses for my faith. God has been great to me and I have been greatly blessed by Him. I hope that in this life I can do some good.

beautifully done really like the light thru the wave!!!

great work, i still think you can drop the horizon more, if the top of the wave was above the horizon the wave would look much greater and fierce. The front of the main wave (where the water is going downwards) looks a bit flat, either the angle of the strokes should be less vertical or you need a colour gradient to make it look less flat. the swirl around the rocks is awesome as are the clouds. You have an excellent pallete knife technique

Thanks, everyone, and ekatz for your fine suggestions. I will take that into account on my next painting. Cheers!

Very impressive for just a palette knife, I struggled with that for awhile till I finally got it down. Very nicely done! :o)
