Description

The variety Day Dream Cosmos (Cosmos sulphureus) to be exact, captured 7/23/08, much too early in the morning, within walking distance of my home. You don't have to be a cosmonaut to find beauties like this pair, but luck certainly plays a part. Just keep a watchful eye out wherever you go. Of course, you can always grow them yourself or know someone who does. These were growing out by the street curb; ergo, sneak factor zero in this venture. Better viewed full size. Oh these are a fav with me. Beautiful, Harry. When Piet said they grow wild along the road side there in Africa, I couldn't believe it. He sent me a little sack full of seeds, and now they are coming up here in the States ... Minnesota. :) Is that cool or what!!!!??? Still trying to get his African Daisies to cooperate. :(
