Description
this is the smallest dragonfly I have see.when it almost flew into my face, I was thinking a damselfly. I did not know it was a dragon until I got my macro focused on it.it flew away once, but I remained and it returned.I am thinking it is a juvenile. I did not have to focus the captures, but lost some resizing to be under the limit

I went to a site that has so many different kinds and history on many and it was all amazing to me ,as I am one also that jumps at the site of something in my face lol but it was so interesting in finding out more I stayed there for long time just browsing after seeing your images here it's called Welcome to BugGuide.Net! - BugGuide.Net as you probably already know thier are so many different kinds all over I was amazed,so the day not wasted you have inspired me and my curious nature thanks richard !

Superb image , Richard. The dragonfly has always been my favorite, since the Worcester Art Museum purchased an ink drawing I did fusing the dragon with the plant it was on. Love your insect macros, they are incredible. Excellence all around!!!!!
