Description


This is the last of the shots I submitted for that tourist guide cover photo contest. This is a heron fishing at the bird sanctuary in Edmonds. (If he looks familiar, it's because I've posted other images of this bird before.) Shot hand held and zoom.

Gorgeous clarity and pov here! This is super. I do recognise the great blue heron by the way. His brother lives here, at Cowichan Bay, between the float homes!

I have a photo fit out off the one that tried to raid my pond, but this is a nicer looking bird than that one, so I guess he's not the one I'm after. Lol. Excellent capture Tara, superb clarity and detail. Bravo!!!!!
