I don't believe it's nicotina but I could be wrong. Nicotina has a flatter petal without the flounce. I just can't put my finger on what it is. Resembles petunias but the center seems wrong. If I had my flower identification book with me instead of at work, I'd certainly be able to name it... Anyway, great shot!
