The appearance of Light Circles is not limited to highrise buildings or gothic cathedrals, but can be found in modest and remote dwellings and structural glass reflections. I've observed them on newly installed glass (under construction) and 150 year old houses, not to mention the countless reflections found in cities.The image is the same, or similar to those see planetwide. Reiterating, I think they (the X pattern encircled in light) are signs of Maitreya, the Christ and are in themselves living works of art. Please take a look at the other samples in my gallery.
