Description

.....the hackly butterfly is a day peacock butterfly. Presumably he has only briefly escaped from a bird. In spite of the broken wings he has still well flown......

I was thinking he he had hit gale force head winds! But I guess it could be said that in spite of the set back, he's still PROUD AS A PEACOCK (groan...) LOL Great shot with nice clarity.

A lovely perspective, and yes it is sad... although a natural cyclical part of nature.... The flower is gorgeous in its colour and vibrant richness! Wonderful photography!
