My favorite Seuss story was Yurtle the Turtle. :-) I had a collection of small dolls like this and we called them Dam(n) Dolls. When I was 10 I went to visit my step-grandmother in Florida and she refused to let me enter her home with those dolls - (too damn ugly, she said). So she made me put them in a shoe box on the back steps and told me to keep them out of her sight while I visited. I traveled from Texas to Florida on a Greyhound bus to see that old lady and she would have easily had me sleep outside if I hadn't agreed to leave my treasured dolls on the back steps...but that's really not what this photo is about... LOL. Wonderful shot that...brings back memories of childhood. BAH!

Doctor Seuss should be sued for plagarizing Elmer Fudd....he of Bugs Bunny wabbit fame. Splendid capture of all the childhood stuff, Tunde! The puppet dolls in the back come to life after dark.
