It is interesting how just the act of touching someone can portray an emotion or "feeling". In that respect the way the hands are touching the body is a bit staged and actually looks aggressive imo. The fingers, especially on her left hand, are equidistant and look like claws (especially considering the lighting which further adds to making them look thin)... maybe a softer more natural "touch" would look nicer in this photo. Apart from that (although discussed at length) minor point the concept and execution of the photo are great! :)
