My entry in the Vue Environment 2008 Contest. I added the frame for Renderosity, my entry had no post work.

This is really beautiful. I loved it when I first saw it at the competition and I'm really sad that it didn't get to the finalists. IMO, it's unfair. You have a very distinctive style. I wouldn't need to see your signature to know that it's another wonderful John Riley's. Excellent!

There are very few people who use Vue for what it was intended for, you are one of those! As Artur said, a distinct style that shouts your name without having to see it written. Looking through the entries for this years competition, I saw maybe 6 that I thought were worthy, yours included. I think what I like most about your work Mr Riley is the sense of scale. Everything is in proportion to everything else, and the final image that we see is well presented! There is always next year! Regards Kev
