Description
For many years lonely nerds have dreamed of building their own "girl robot." But, I thought, what if one were the creation of some early 19th century mad scientist like Dr. Frankenstein?
This is the beginning of something big... My eventual goal is to make the most ghoulish Poser model that I can make. Something trying to be beautiful, but is in fact horrible.
Anyway, I thought I would start with a leg. I had to see it first to realize all the many things I want to change (pretty much everything). But it's a start!!
I need your opinion: should I go for REALISM or SIMPLICITY when it comes to the gears? That is, should I clog the cogs by having the "control gears" for the ankle, etc., in the knee? Or should I just keep it simple? I mean, it's kind of a physical impossibility anyway...

I would go with, what every you think is best. Ofcourse keep it simple enough so you don't drive yourself crazy later, trying to animate it. And in the CGI world I would'nt worry so much about making it actually work. I would just worry about making it look like it works. Enjoy, you are off to a good start!
