excellent job at making the lip look like it has the weight of the finger - everything else looks good, but the finger weight is what impresses me about this picture - it's the difference between a good picture and a great one - this is a great one.

This could easily have been posted under "realism." Incredible detail work on face with superb skin texture. Eyes are amazing but I agree with Mikeerson that the finger on the lip is the finito touch. Favourite for sure.
