Description

This in honor of Pierre de Coubertin (1863-1937), a supporter of educational games and of moral qualities, who established the Olympic Games as we know them today, and in honor of the Dalai-Lama, a man of peace and of dialogue. This is also for the respect of the Tibetan people and for the freedom of thought and expression in China. As always your comments will be greatly appreciated.

En hommage à Pierre de Coubertin (1863-1937), défenseur des jeux éducatifs et des vertus morales, fondateur des actuels Jeux Olympiques. En hommage aussi au Dalaï-Lama, homme de paix et de dialogue. Pour le respect des Tibétains et la liberté d’expression en Chine. Vos commentaires seront, comme toujours, les bienvenus.

Très beau symbole ! D'accord avec Janiss. NB : Pierre de Coubertin admirait à son époque un régime qui n'était pas ami de la paix, et c'est un euphémisme. Malheureusement il n'a pas pu constater son erreur.
