About me ? Hmmm, ok, I am a Seaplane Pilot by profession, a photographer by passion and currently run Mine Control Room for the dollars. It pays way better than flying to answer the inevitable questions of why I don't fly seaplanes anymore. Oh and I get every second week off as well :). I have a love of exploring wild places, photography, gem hunting, boating, camping and many other outdoor activities :). I was born on Christmas Island but am not an Elf and don't work for Santa. I have lived in many places in Australia as well as Brasil, England and the Fiji Islands. Am I normal ?, probably not but i am enjoying my short stay in this existence and thats what really counts.
Am I an artist, I wish, but I sure am trying :). And thats all my little brain can think of right now

Great atmosphere! You've really captured the feeling of the town. Well done.

Nice place!

Im not sure what you mean by technically not right. I like the way the subjects are backseat to the action of the quantness of the town. The welcome mats are symboled all over the scene ,while the person subjects are a witness to the open friendliness. I think its great!

"Technically not right" shots make for the best ones, sometimes. I love it, too. :-D

I love the narrow road and stone buildings; and I think it's a great shot! The slight mistiness/blur adds to the dreamy feeling.
