Wow! Who said that to you Linda? tell them you do it to please you, if they don't like the way you do things nobody is twisting their arm to look. Now I would say 'Have you given this a thought?' or 'I may have done this myself'. A suggestion not a command, I used to manage a crew of 55 men, I only had to tell one of them once, I always asked them first, one refused so he got told. Excellent work and words, it is much easier to lead than to push. Bravo!!!!!
