Excerpt from 'Idoru' by William Gibson
It's been a while, I moved and had absolutely no time to do anything. Well, anything but read, that is. I reread 'Idoru' (for the fourth time) and I'm still puzzled how much the Idoru fascinates me. I just got Stephanie and gave it a try. Still, I just can't get that inner glow without losing too much detail (if anyone knows how to achieve that effect: get in touch!). I couldn't find any Kimonos, so the Idoru ended up wearing a Chinese-style dress. So if anyone has seen one or has time enough to model one (cheeky, ain't I? *g*) I would appreciate any help I can get :)

What a great face! You have created a unique character. :) I don't know if this is the effect that you're looking for, but Quagnon has a tutorial about the Penthouse Blur at this site: http://www.3d-cc.com/quagnon/tutorial/phb.htm I think that might achieve a glowing effect.

...this is why Poser is made for. Look and learn people. And forget the glow, galleries are full of glowing long haired nudies, all done with KPT equalizer and looking boring.
