Azara se había hecho mujer, una mujer guerrera, increíblemente poderosa. Hija de Lancelot, pasaba horas frente a la estatua de oro del Rey Arturo mirándolo, y pensando, tenía una fascinación asombrosa por ese hombre mas todo lo que le había contado de él, la hacía desear haber vivido junto a él. pero no sabía que ella misma era la reencarnación del Rey Arturo. Merlín ya no existía para interrogarlo, la Dama del Lago tampoco estaba. Solamente tenía sus cuatro amigas magas, las diosas. Hestia la diosa del fuego. Ceridwen la diosa del agua, Dana la diosa de la tierra y Dwayna diosa del aire. solo ellas la podían ayudar. Un día Azara tocando su mandolina cantaba un canto triste: “Ya no espero, quizás. o siempre espero. Ya no pregunto a las mañanas, su horóscopo de flor en mi destino. toda flor es espina, quien lo duda. todo amor es dolor. Y toda vida, se muda sin cesar en toda muerte. Oh, Arturo, quién pudiera haberte tenido, detrás para atajar le flecha que te llevó" Y calló sorprendida ante la presencia sorpresiva del mismísimo Arturo.
