Born in Hilo, Hawaii and class of '66, I became very active in Barbells, Judo and love striking the heavy/speed bag. I've learned to Rollerblade and bike ride which is a very health sport. But time doesn't stop for anyone including for me. So my good friend Dave aka punaguy got me started in taking pictures. I'm having fun taking pictures especially hiking the mountains. I'm enjoying seeing the world thru your post on Renderosity. Mahalo and Aloha....Errol

... the scene looks exceptionally dangerous. A miraculous admission, as usual! Thank you that we may "see" this spectacle of nature!

Impressive capture of the action, well contrasted by the white billows of smoke (or is it steam?)

It is amazing sometimes how people who know nothing will assume that their lack of knowledge is what will protect them from harm. :-) Great shot. The casual appearance of these people really astounds me.
beachzz
Hope they were ok, they couldn't possibly seem any more casual or unworried about where they are.

Great Scott, definitely a shot of a war zone, with shrapnel exploding ominously above the tourists below. Love the textured black lava in this momentous capture, Shark!

it is most interesting to follow in your foot steps and see what you are seeing, and little danger on this end!!one exploring lava fields is one thing but getting that close to active eruptions is very fool hardy
