took this Tuesday and thought I would share it.

Actually I remember as a kid bumble bees are quite docile. I use to let them land on me and actually would lightly (stroke) pet them. I don't know if its true but I have heard that (unlike other bees) they die after they sting. If so, I could see how they might be reluctant to sting unless they had too. Great photo!
