Description

TG classic, I used World Machine 2 to combine a real digital elevation model of Mars and a new WM2 terrain. The yellow dust cloud rendered in Terragen and I added the red highlights, stars and moon in PSP7....thanks! Edit: choronr and Prutz are correct...except I forgot to mention...this is an image of Mars a billionquadrilliongazillion years ago before a comet struck the moon and split it in two creating Phobos and Deimos....hey, it sounds good to me. :) Peace!

They found water on Mars, it just seems they landed in an area in the middle of the desert... Wouldn't it be funny is 20 years from now they find a city and say theirs been life on mars forever, we just didn't know about it - lol

You've got the colors and light just right. I'm not sure that the moons, Deimos and Phobos are of a round shape.

fully agree with Bob and I think also the size of the moon is to big, P& D are captured astroids

Aw, heck, Martin - Mark puts on his interpretive spin as an artform. We scientists will just have to let it slide... Dang - it almost looks like some of my stuff - !
