Description
I saw this one man not working as I took the shot. He may have a reason why he not taking can out the truck. he did get down and started doing what the others did a few mintures later. The goverment I remember saying these was hard and honest workers. Goverment lies; to me they the same as every one else I see. people with toubles and all the other stuff humans is bad about.

There is all races here in this cane feild of what I saw. I not picking on just one race. They all the same good and evil in them.

Take it from a supervisor Jocko, theres usually more than one. I used to manage 55 men and there was quite a few that dodged now and again. As long as the work was finished for the end of the day though they got away with it, and we let it go. If the work was not finished they lost their bonus, the whole team, that soon sorted out the men from the boys. Excellent capture, a job I would not like to do, maybe they take it in turns to have five minutes rest. I imagine that it is very thirsty work they do, and it is a good thing to have the canvas shade at the back to keep the sun off their heads. I can also imagine it is not a very well paid job, for what it is. Superb work. Bravo!!!!!

After week of ten hour days the ones who are hardened separate from those who had no work for a while. Folks can get injured when they are fatigued. Carefully managing the crew can avoid drop outs.
