morning all :o) the weather has been so terrible of late that i have`nt been able to get out .we have the prospect of a dry day today ,with the prospect of more rain over the weekend :o(..this shot was taken at the same time as the hydranger a few days ago .the difference is a newly formed flower that has cream inners on the petals until it matures which make it very interesting in terms of colour . it took 4 hours to do a 70 minute round trip to newcastle airport yesterday because the weather and driving conditions were so bad and then of course there is the traffic jams at the metro centre .bumper to bumper for a 2 miles that took nearly an hour to do .jodie and her family went to turkey which was the reason for journey and i had hoped i could get a few shots of the angel of the north on the way back .a trip for another day i think :o) i`m still behind but will catch up today .thanks for looking and take care mick
