Description

Kids will be kids and brothers and sisters don't always get along. This brief show of bravado was completely silent, no sounds were made. In a moment it was over, and these two mockingbirds settled down to drink together. Interesting to watch young creatures learn the behavior they will need as adults. A great shot. It's just amazing that there was no sound and they seemed to learn fast whatever it was since they then were able to share. Really nice little story :)

I am always amazed watching birds after food. usually sparrows get to it first, then a larger bird comes and runs the sparrow off, but just as the bigger bird turns it's back the sparrow steals right out from under their beak. beautiful capture Maria
