A taste of a forthcoming trip !
Next month jeffG7BRJ will be taking me to The National Railway Museum up in YORK, we are meeting up with mickuk50 for the first time! I'm looking forward to the event.

Lovely shot of what is probably my favourite steam locomotive class. For a freigt loco, they were handsome buggers were they not?. Will have to get one for my model railway.

This is the Engine that had 'The Fusiler' plate on for the 1940's weekend, they cheated with this one really as it wasn't built until 1959, just a little younger than it should have been. Excellent capture Alan great pov for this shot, I am counting the days also to our trip to York. Bravo!!!!!
