Description
Believe it or not, but this is where I live (hmm..., almost).
Entirely made with terrain modelling.
Textures are photographic, characters are unpaid volunteers.
Built in Bryce 3D, rendered in Bryce 5, prework and postwork in Photoshop 5LE.
Detail on my techniques can be found in the tutorial section of

HOLY SH**! with the exception of the foreground, this is the best picture i've seen made with bryce the textures are so realistic, the cracks in the walls and everything, it's amazing but the clouds, those can't have been made in Bryce, they look too good what did you make them with? they look more like a photo or something made in terragen

Fantastic art work and nice ambient light. Congratulations !!!

Another masterpiece. You have achieved what I like to call, perfection in imperfection. I think the foreground is fantastic. While I think your models, particularly in your other works, are out of this world, I think you will actually improve this by losing them and perhaps replacing them with something like a rusted drum or two. Your use of different elevations always makes your works interesting and you have an eye for a dramatic sky.

yes it's perfect!!!

Fantastic!!! I can't believe it's made with the terrain editor. I mean...how u made those small lions on the top of the tallest building? The sky is great too. It looks very real.

Just amazing! It underscores the value of photos for materials. I love Bryce procedurals, but photos add a convincing sense of reality like nothing else.
