The lighting used here is so realistic that I could have sworn it was rendered in Vray or something like that- Is this really Daz|Studio? Regardless, its a spectacular render!

I forgot to mention a lot of postwork but with all this new hdr stuff for DS it's finally possible to make Vray-like renders. Unfortunately it requires more time. But hey, the program is still free and the price for plugins can't be compared to Vray's price.

Really nice job all around: concept, composition, tex, lighting and posing. You nailed it all - VERY good job with the lighting, not too easy to do it this well in D/S. You mentioned postwork, but it isn't too obvious: that means THAT was very well done, too LOL! Brilliant piece!
