Description

Another mythical relic. Many people hunt for it, too, but it's a strange matter more than other objects. No one find it... if it exists for real. Is the "Holy Graal" the essence of life? I imagine it as a cosmic symbol of life rather than a material artifact, althought of divine nature. At the end, it may not be possibility of human beings to understand the real inner significance of this symbol.

This superb composition reminds me of the quest for the Holy Grail shown in John Borman's extraordinary film 'Excalibur'. The symbol and mystery about this divine cup, and the legend about it have deeply impinged on my younger years, as I was visiting and spending time in some places connected with the 'Arthurian cycle' here and there in Brittany, Wales, Cornwall and Ireland...I am glad to see you posting again, you've done a magnificent work here, congratulations!
