Sorry to say, but it looks more like paint than milk. Is there any SSS in this? The glass refraction looks very good though, especially on the edges.

To Nevare: all the white you see is SSS. Whole Milk looks almost opaque, apart from the surface, trust me. See for example this reference here (the central glass): http://graphics.ucsd.edu/~henrik/images/imgs/milk.jpg

Know what? I think sometimes we forget what everyday things look like. Because we see them so often. At first I thought, "This looks just like milk, except for the upper rim surrounding the milk in the glass." But I just looked at several photographs of milk in a clear glass, and they looked just like your render! lol I never noticed that little rim where the fluid meets the glass before! But every time I drink milk from now on, I will not be able to ignore it. :D This is excellent realism, so much so that it will elude some people. ; )

I will have to agree with Angelsinger. this is as close as you're gonna get to what real milk looks like in a 3D app. 5++++
