Superb shot, very sad. We too have a homeless problem despite living on affluent Island, we have a superb homeless shelter here and outreach project. We have many street drinkers who all meet in a local park in the middle of town. Many do have homes but meeting in the park and having a can of beer is their social life. Alcohol is a problem in Jersey as it is everywhere else. Alas reality.
