Homburg, Schlossberghoehle, Germany.
Europe largest sandstone caves with large dome halls and kilometers of tunnels in 12 floors, one above the other, are a singular natural monument. The caves belonged to the fortress Hohenburg that was destroyed in 1714 and were again discovered in 1930. In the Second World War the caves served population of Homburger as protection from air raids.

These sandstone caves are really beautiful! I have been in limestone caves but not sandstone. Wow. Great shot with a super composition that takes your vision though the caverns nicely.

That's great. If I could make a suggestion. I hope you don't think I'm too forward. Put a guasian blur on the lights and patch out the electrical box. Image is too good for those distractions.
