Description
The Jairn builders supplied their Grey allies with ships, munitions, and all manner of logistical support during the million years of peace called the Empirate. The Grey turned to the dark path of the Old Ones, and the death of two other allied races followed- The insect philosophers called Renn and the decadent Karzon and their Cestus war machines.
Hardwired into Jairn DNA is a failsafe left behind by their ancestors, one which transforms them into something ancient and quite horrible.
This nucleic trigger was designed to react to Old One magicks, which the Grey Skarr wield. The Jairn Goon belong to an earlier, more violent universe. where creatures like the Old Ones and Elder Race prowled the stars with desires of cyclopean scale.
The Grey are in a LOT of trouble.
