ok, I'm dying to ask! How did you enlarge the strap around her neck? I would have thought "clone tool" -- but there doesn't seem to be enough strap showing in the original photo to use as a clone source. How how how?? LOL You did a wonderful job on this... I also love what you did under the eyes and the smoothing of the neck. I would never have known this was retouched if I didn't see the comparisons.
