Description

Because of the natural formation of this area, that the snow blows upward. There's also an Indian legend that goes something like an Indian warrior, who couldn't marry his true love, jumped off the rock, but was blow back up into his lover's arms (after 5 years of marriage and two kids later, he jumped off a different rock... )
