Description

I've been away for a long time... and drawing is one of the reasons... However, the main reason is that I had to get a new PC and the new one has Vista and My new PC with Vista HATES Poser... I am Sooooooo SAD!!!!! Anywho...Much Love... I really do miss you all muchly! Lorie

AAAAHHHHHHH... The eyebrow doesn't suck... It just needs filling in is all. It's a good base to start with. Also, great light catch in the eye.

Regarding the eyebrow, I agree with the above. Also you might want to try more variety in hair direction, and making them a little longer and thicker. Same goes for the lashes, they're usually thick at the base and then taper. Just some suggestions, it's a really good sketch so don't feel bad about it!

Nice work, I agree with some of the above comments, more variety with the eyebrow and taper of the eyelash hair will really help. Also, poser and vista doesnt have to suck, persevere ;)

Hi Lorie, Darn its been a while.:~| ,I really like your eye,eyebrows can look deeper with simple shadows.Just lightly drawing them in and darkening the root zones of each hair .Ive never done it myself by the way LOL!So just chuck nuts at me and say shaddaaaaaap!I just blab what comes to mind so that was it.See you :)cal hk

Never, ever, ever, talk down your own work (i.e. eyebrow sucks)! After looking at your drawings, I would have to say that your talent is obvious. I would also have to say that you should be a little bolder ( your contrast is low ),also, buy better quality paper ( I can suggest 100% cotton stonehenge ). Your talent is worth the extra cost! Let me finally say that as your DRAWINGS improve, your work with Poser will also improve -- it is a confidence thing! EVERY artist can go up to the next level, even an old dog like me!
