OSHA rules state that: 'when creating magical fire, the creator must wear the proper breathing gear so as not to inhale any magical fire or dust created thereof' Further states that 'failure to wear such apperatus will result in a fine of up to 500 gold pieces.' Great image. While I should be sorry about the above OSHA rule parody, I'm not. It just came to mind when I saw the image.
