The composition is indeed great. I also like the concept. A couple of things disturb me a bit, I hope you don't mind that I point them out. It seems there's a strong noise layer all over the image. Maybe it's due to the fog/haze. Maybe you could increase the quality slider of the fog/haze tab. There are two more details: the birds don't seem realistic at all, especially the one on the left; in real life most likely all houses would have windows facing the river but you have several houses where the windows are not visible at all.
