AS i said here is the story of this tree that was struck by lightning.It must be a lucky tree.I once read in a magazine that when a tree is struck by lightning it explodes.Walter Sisulu Botanical Gardens series.

Sad news and yet some good aspects to it. I am surprised the tree survived at all. I hope they could propagate plant material from it.
